Answering the call of the county, a lot of Chinese enterprises have gone abroad to participate in global competition. This is even so in Africa. It is reported that Nigeria shall be a building market which grows the fastest in the world in ten years to come. Chinese construction companies suit Africa in terms of engineering capabilities and characteristics. So many Chinese companies come to Nigeria in succession making competition among the enterprises tenser and tenser.Along with economical globalization and ever intensifying competition, modern management of logistics assumes a greater role in enhancing the enterprise's core competitive power. The logistics industry is commonly viewed as "the third source of profit". The concepts and methodologies of modern logistics management have been brought to the forefront by Chinese companies.
