Nowadays the competition among enterprises evolves into a kind of resource competition. And the essential of competition is talent resource. However, due to the shortage of professional talent, more and more enterprises pay attention to the Employer Brand establishment and try to retain existing staff and maximize their Employee Engagement as well as to attract more talent to join in. It is strategic to set up the attractiveness employer brand and improve the engagement of present employee, which could help the company keep the lasting competitive advantage in human resources market.This research helps to review the related theory of Human Resourses Management Practice and Emplyee Engagement and try to introduce Employer Brand Attractiveness as media effect and Perceived Organizational Support as adjusted effect. Based on the theory review, we use the employee sample from differenct companies and find that:Internal Career Opportunity, Training and Employee Participation helps to improve the Employee Engagement. That means the company which has more internal career opportunity will has higher attractiveness of Employer Brand and which will push their employee to be more engagement to work as reward. Meanwhile, Perceived Organizational Support will do help to the process. From another part, Job Security has no effect to Employee Engagement.
