In China during the period from planned economy to a market economy in the process, the most significant feature is the emergence of individual and private enterprises, they emerged from to gradually grow and finally to become China's economy the most dynamic economic groups can be said to be a microcosm of China's economic development. And they not only contribute to the Chinese economy, but also provide a lot of jobs to the society, and the important participant in the economic transformation of China.. The economic composition of our country is dominated by the private economy, while the family enterprise is the main part of the private economy.. At present, China's family enterprises mostly development has seventy to eighty years, certain established earlier family business even has been developed to the golden age, and the sound development of enterprises has become the important part of our national economy. Some large family enterprise development speed even determines the whole national economy development speed. In nearly a decade, China's family enterprise scale grows year by year, family business in for the state and society have a great contribution, including expansion of employment, promote economic development, stimulate investment and so on.In the context of economic globalization, China has been integrated into the world market and also played an important role, especially after the General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the development strategy of "along the way", and as a Chinese market reform and participate in international market competition an important micro basis of family enterprise is facing great opportunities in the current economic Chinese and challenges, "the new normal", on the one hand, because of the economic globalization has led to China's market economic competition, and the changes in exchange rates exacerbated the uncertainty of the market economy, many enterprises rising production costs, the family enterprise's competitive advantage has been weakened, facing a severe challenge at the same time. But China's family enterprise in management and control of the current still exist certain defects. In China the vast majority of the family enterprise management mode is highly centralized, internal control system is relatively weak, if can't be improved, it will seriously hinder enterprise development in the future. Therefore, the family enterprise must perfect the internal control system, scientifically carries on the enterprise management. It is the inevitable request for the development of family enterprise enterprise, and it is the effective way to break through the bottleneck..In this paper, we first introduce the background of the current economic transformation, on the intention and the stage of the economic transformation are described in detail, and explain the concept of family enterprise, analyzes the characteristic; next to under the background of economic transformation of family enterprise status of, from the second Dai Chuancheng, professional managers, cultural inheritance and mechanism were described and under the background of economic restructuring our family enterprise development advantages and disadvantages is expounded. Next to the development of Qingdao Taihang Garden Construction Co., Ltd. as an example, the use of Porter's five forces model analysis method and the PEST analysis method to the external environment analysis, IFE matrix of the internal environment to be analysis to explore the family enterprise development strategy under the background of economic transformation.
