The demands of transformation to Service-oriented business promote more demanding of the employees to all aspects. Companies want to keep those employees who can bring competitive in the service-based economy. Functional departments employees is to support and service personnel in other departments, can be described at the bottom of the service chain, need to pay more emotion and effort, it is more prone to job burnout. If long-term job burnout can't be adjusted, over time, it will enable them to have a negative attitude towards the enterprises, such as organizational cynicism. This study regard functional department employees as the research sample, investigating the relationship between job burnout, organizational cynicism and turnover intention.First, the paper defined the functional department employees, summarized and reviewed the concept, dimension and measuring methods of job burnout, organizational cynicism, turnover intention. Secondly, analyzing the relationship among these three variables. And then based on the theories, this study put forward the research hypothesis and framework of this article. Then relied on mature scales, designing the scales of this study and carried out the empirical analysis using the collected data.This study used SPSS and AMOS software to carry out empirical analysis. Gradually, the sample descriptive statistics, reliability and validity of the scale, correlation analysis and regression analysis of variables were carried out. Empirical analysis verify the hypothesis of this paper, and the conclusion is as follows:job burnout have a significant positive impact on turnover intention; job burnout have a significant positive impact on the organization cynical; organizational cynicism have a significant positive impact on turnover intention; organization cynicism plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between from job burnout and turnover intention.Finally, according to the research, the study obtained conclusions. According to the study conclusions, the paper gived some management advice and raised prospects for future research.
