| In recent years,with the continuous development of the Internet information age,people are relying more and more on online shopping,and the express delivery industry is developing rapidly.As an important part of the express delivery industry,the working and living conditions of express delivery employees are attracting more and more attention from the public.Especially since the outbreak of new pneumonia in 2020,many communities and towns have adopted the closed management mode,and the clothing,food,housing and transportation to a greater extent rely on express logistics personnel.How to better understand the status of express employees and help them complete their work in a healthy and complete way has become a hot topic nowadays.The research object of this paper is the express delivery employees in the express delivery industry,mainly to discuss the relationship among Supervisor-Subordinate Guanxi,job burnout and turnover intention of the express delivery employees.The scales used in this study are:Supervisor-humble Guanxi Scale(SSGS),job burnout Scale(MBI-GS),and the turnover intention Scale.In the test,it was proved that the selected Scale had a good reliability and structural validity.The Supervisor-Subordinate Guanxi includes four dimensions: obligation,emotion,formal exchange and favor exchange.Job burnout includes three dimensions: emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low personal accomplishment culminates in decreased effectiveness at work.Turnover intention has only one dimension.In the formal test,a total of 383 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS24.0 was used for reliability test,demographic analysis,variance analysis,partial correlation analysis,regression and mediating effect of the data.AMOS20.0 was used for validity test of the data.The main results are as follows:(1)Emotion can negatively predict turnover tendency,formal exchange and favour exchange can positively predict turnover tendency.(2)Depersonalization plays a part of mediating role in formal exchange and turnover tendency.(3)Emotional Exhaustion plays a part of mediating role in formal exchange and turnover tendency. |
