With the development of the network information age,e-commerce has become a new form of shopping which is more convenient and quick.In such circumstances,transnational trade enterprises are also full of enthusiasm about choosing cross-border diversification as a powerful assistant.Export trade of e-commerce is a rare opportunity for China export enterprises,the enterprise must have a sober understanding to this.When taobao,jingdong mall,dangdang and other online trading platform has become increasingly popular,AliExpress,Lightinthebox,DHgate,xiaohongshu have also opened up a new situation of the foreign trade e-commerce.As a representative platform of cross-border E-commerce,the DHgate is typical of its innovations.Firstly,the innovation lies in its orientation in serving the small and medium-sized enterprises.Secondly,its innovation lies in the profit-earning model which is based on buyer’s commission system helping the small and medium-sized enterprise to save cost.Finally,its innovation lies in web loans provided to the small and medium-sized enterprises as its innovative practice in cross-border E-commerce.AliExpress is a cross-border e-commerce platform,which is launched by ali group in 2010,including overseas promotion,transaction support,dispute resolution,online payment,online logistics,credit system and after-sales service and other integrated services platform.This thesis takes AliExpress and DHgate which are two successful platform of cross-border e-commerce as examples to research and sum up the successful experiences of foreign trade e-commerce in our country.This paper consists of six chapters.Chapter I serve as an introduction covering the research background,the significance and the literature review.Chapter II gives an overall introduction of the two China’s E-commerce platforms,which are comparatively successful.Chapter III and Chapter IV analyze the fundamental and specific factors of development about the cross-border E-commerce platform.Chapter V draws a conclusion of the problems and countermeasures for the cross-border E-commerce platform.Chapter VI arrages the structure of this thesis and give some tips to relevant parts.
