In recent years,with the improvement of Chinese consumer and living standards and the rapid development of electricity and online shopping,coupled with the optimization of the express delivery and logistics industry market environment,Chinese express delivery industry maintain rapid growth trend.According to the research of National Bureau of Statistics in 2016,Chinese express delivery business for the first time exceeded 20 billion,and is currently the largest express delivery business in the world.However,due to the low entry barrier and increasingly fierce competition,the profit margin of express industry has been narrowed year by year.Therefore,to handle with such problem,the domestic express companies,such as the SF-Express,have simultaneously conducted the business of cross-border e-commerce,to seek for the new sources of profit.Through the analysis of the status quo of cross-border business operators,this thesis analyzes the causes of cross-border failure from operating efficiency and influencing factors.And then the SWOT analysis of cross-border enterprises in cross-border business operators,the establishment of SWOT analysis matrix,and then the main factors affecting the internal and external factors.At first,this thesis based on the Delphi method to determine the weight of the various factors,It is feasible to analyze the feasibility of cross-border business operators by means of questionnaires,and draw the feasible conclusion that express delivery enterprises are cross-border operation.On this basis,this thesis,combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis,The management of the status quo from the market positioning,marketing,operations,cost control,customer maintenance to the corresponding feasibility strategy.This thesis,based on the analysis of the business strategy of the cross-border business operators of express delivery enterprises,argues that throughout the cross-border business,it's better for express enterprises to use differentiation strategy,and make attempts to cooperate with E-commerce enterprises,achieving win-win situation for the express and E-commerce.
