Research On Construction Operation Lean Management Model Based On BIM Technology

Construction of long-term presence of high income, low profit phenomenon, extensive management methods and development has been difficult to adapt to the construction of modern requirements of the project does not conform to China's implementation of green and sustainable development policy. In the construction industry to promote the development of information technology background, appearance and application of BIM technology for the development of modern construction industry pointed out the direction.The basic text for BIM lean management theory and information technology to achieve high-quality construction works during the operational phase of use, reduce operating costs, build lean operations management model based on BIM technology building. First, the research scope and concept of the decision in the relevant research literature to collate and summarize the basis of analyzing the characteristics of existing domestic building operations and management deficiencies. Followed by construction works of different user demand for construction in the operational phase of the analysis, based on internal demand and key stakeholders to clarify the different types of construction works on the operational management is concerned, based on BIM technology to build building operations management information platform, building integrated information, and through the operation of the mechanism of operation management platform analysis demonstrates BIM in construction engineering operations management application of realistic feasibility and superiority, to build lean operations management BIM-based building and made its realization path and recommendations.Results of this research to promote the development of information technology in the construction industry offers a viable idea for BIM technology in building the operational phase of the application and promotion provide a feasible way for building operation and management have certain practical reference value.
