Rail transit network is an important part of city construction, it is one of the factors affecting the comprehensive development of the society. Rail transportation is the product of the relatively developed stage of the city. As a high capacity of the city transportation infrastructure, with its unique advantage of fast, efficient, safe, clean to become the backbone of modern city traffic. Rail transit has transportation and social service function at the same time.With the development of rail transit, people's way of life and consumption habits is changing, Rail traffic is not only a single transportation lifeline, but also brings economic prosperity. How to discover the commercial value has become the focus of the local government and academic research. The purpose of this study is to research how to make good use of business space scientifically, explore new pattern of business management and realize benefit maximization.This article researches from three aspects. Firstly, compare rail transportation business development and utilization situation between the domestic and foreign city, summarize good experience, analyze the whole process of Tianjin rail transit business development and explore the mode of development and operation. Secondly, classify Tianjin city rail station, analyze various types of site consumption characteristic, Considering the scale of traffic, put forward some suggestion. Thirdly,analyzeadvantages and disadvantages of five kinds of businessdevelopment model, coming up with suitable business choice. At last, compare the advantages and disadvantages of five operation model, combined with the new characteristics of network operation and good experience of domestic and foreign city, provide some advisement about business mode.
