Discussion On The Business Model Of Intelligent Transportation Infrastructure Operation Service

With the rapid development of IT technology such as fourth generation mobile communication,large data management,cloud computing and Internet of Things,the construction mode of intelligent traffic(car network)is constantly landing,which can effectively alleviate traffic pressure and solve people’s travel problems.At the same time,with the development of urban construction,integrated corridor construction,the integration of municipal facilities,the road is left on the bar lights.Street lamps can effectively assume the wisdom of traffic(car network)information collecting and the sensing function.However,based on the current situation of China’s management model,how to innovate the business model,so that the public property of the street lights in the wisdom of traffic services play a role,is the focus of this paper.Based on the analysis of the business model theory and the actual requirements and the present situation of the construction of the intelligent traffic(car network),this paper draws the demand for the loading of the facilities on the street lights.Based on the relevant theoretical analysis of the innovative business model,the implementation of the model,profitability,for the street as a smart transport infrastructure construction and operation of the program,but also for the traditional street management of the transformation of enterprises to provide a direction.
