Pricing Strategy Of Remanufacturing Closed-Loop Supply Chain Based On Subsidization And Carbon Taxation Mechanism

From the perspective of enterprise profit maximization, we fully analyzed benefit and cost factors of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain(RCLSC). Then based on government subsidization and carbon taxation mechanism, remanufacturing product market was segmented. Finally, using differential pricing strategy maximized profitability of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain.The content of this dissertation were as follows:Part I: For a remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain consisting of the remanufacturer, the retailer and the third-party, the game theory was used to study the pricing strategy of remanufacturing products under centralized and decentralized decision by considering government subsidization and carbon taxation mechanism.The research results showed that the centralized decision making efficiency of RCLSC was higher than decentralized decision based on government subsidization and carbon taxation mechanism. The contract coordinate RCLSC under decentralized decision is designed. The data from PC remanufacturing company validate the conclusion, and further analyze the influence of the subsidization and carbon taxation to pricing strategy and profits of RCLSC based on different kinds of strategies.Part II: Based on Part I, a bi-level programming pricing model between the government and RCLSC was established with game theory under decentralized decision. And then the subsidy level and carbon tax rate was analyzed by maximizing social welfare. The numerical examples further respectively analyze influence of different levels of recycling products to the subsidy level, carbon tax rate, recycling strategy and profits of RCLSC.Part III: The demand function was reconstructed according to consumers' heterogeneity of the demand for new and remanufactured and second-hand products.Based on it, remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain including a remanufacturer and a consumer, was studied to maximize remanufacturer's profit, and then obtained pricing strategies of three kinds of products. The numerical example from PC remanufacturing company further analyzed influence of consumers' willing to pay(WTP) to carbon taxation mechanism, and the effect of quality levels of waste products on subsidization mechanism. It plays a certain guiding significance for remanufacturers effectively implementing pricing strategy and enhancing whole remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain profits.
