In recent years,the global economy is developing rapidly.But the worrying situation is coming out gradually.The global environment is becoming worse and worse.The various kinds of natural disasters are caused by severe weather frequently appeared.The glacier is disappearing year by year due to the increase of global temperature.The global coastline is gradually increasing.The above problems have not only brought great harm to the survival of creatures in the natural world,but also been a huge challenge for the human beings' survival.People have paid more and more attention to the increasingly severe ecological problems,which has gradually become a hot research topic.After research,scientists have found that the increase of carbon dioxide is the main cause of global warming.This makes more and more people focus on the issue of carbon dioxide emissions.This also makes the “low carbon economy” become an increasingly heated topic.As a more favorable way in achieving low carbon economy,recycling and remanufacturing have gradually become a hot topic in public eyes.In order to realize the efficient use of resources and reduce the emission of carbon dioxide,manufacturing enterprises begin to choose recycling and remanufacturing gradually.When the enterprises select recycling and remanufacturing,they can get a good reputation and more profits.The research of this paper is based on the background of the collection of carbon tax.The recycling way of waste products as well as the competitive decision of manufactured products and remanufactured products are the main research contents of this paper.Firstly,this paper combs the previous research on the low carbon economy and the decision of manufactured enterprises in the low carbon economy environment.On the basis of the literature review,the corresponding model should be built under the carbon tax mechanism.The conclusion can be got after the game operation.Based on the analysis of economic theory,the theory should be combined with the practice in order to increase the practicality of this research.The core content of this paper is mainly composed of two parts: the first part is the research on the optimal decision of the choice of recycling channels of waste products under the carbon tax mechanism.Under the background of levying carbon tax,corresponding game model according to the possible three types of recycling should be constructed.Then it is compared with the game model in the non-recovery way.After getting the conclusion,the numerical analysis is carried out.Then the carbon emission level coefficient,the product pricing based on the recovery rate,and the influence of optimal decision making of product profit can be derived.The second part is research on the optimization of manufacturing and remanufacturing competition under carbon tax mechanism.After constructing the model,the analysis should be carried out.Combining the numerical analysis,the effects of carbon emission level coefficient and carbon emission aversion coefficient on the optimal decision of product pricing,yield and profit are obtained.Finally combined with the conclusion of the two parts,this paper gives the inspiration of low carbon production management from the point of view of enterprises.
