With the increase in the number of domestic and foreign hotels, the cost of the continuous improvement of the hotel industry has entered a low profit era, it is clear that this is the external cause of the development of the hotel industry. The high mobility, high turnover rate and poor service quality are the internal factors that affect the development of the hotel industry. Hotel industry as a labor intensive industry, how to realize the "human resources" reasonable and optimize the configuration, has become a problem to be solved by the hotel enterprises. To understand the social background, find out the differences and similarities, it will help to classify the employees, the human resources management system, improve the initiative and enthusiasm of the staff, so as to increase the economic benefits of the hotel.The article uses the method of literature analysis, empirical research and qualitative research, the combination of theoretical research and research methods. First of all, the relevant literature to collate and analyze the meaning of social background, the social background of the hotel HRM. And the fair theory, Maikelailan comprehensive use of Adams's theory of achievement, Herzberg's two factor theory.
