Once,Hobbes said: “the safety of the people is the supreme law.” When people's safety is harmed by food safety and its' relate illegal act,it means that the supreme law is provoked by food safety.Therefore,it is necessary to make study of the problem of food safety in the view of legal economy.To pay attention to food safety issues in law is the premise of people's safety and it is the basic requirement of legal economic construction in our country as well.To study the legal countermeasure in the field of food safety based on the relations between food safety and economy,draw lessons from great effects on the market economy fields.We now illustrated by the case of the two common classical foods such as fermented food and genetically modified foods to in daily life to analysis in the view of legal point,and raise the solutions to food safety to discuss the detail issues in the fields of food safety governance system and the law implementation,and give the reasonable suggestion.It is meaningful to research fermented food and genetically modified food.Fermented food is widely used in our country.Genetically modified food is the focus of the world and it is also an inevitable controversial food problem in China.The two kinds of food mentioned above are two typical foods for the research of food safety issues.Therefore,the paper will discuss the typical food such as the common fermentation food and the controversial genetically modified foods to summarize and compare the merits of regulatory and legal of food safety in our country and foreign countries.And the explorations of the construction of law in the whole food safety practices.It is a research method starts from local and ends in general.At last,to research the countermeasures of law for food safety from the view of government,consumers,manufacturers to obtain the better result in the field of food safety to promote the stable development of the socialist market economy and the process of the construction of governing the country affairs according to law,to ensure the safety and health of consumers.
