All kinds of rural infrastructure impact on rural residents' consumption level?In this paper,on the basis of theoretical analysis first using time series data of 1989-2014, by using the time-varying parameter model analysis rural infrastructure development can prom ote the improvement of the rural residents' consumption, and over time, the role is mo re and more big;Then, using the provincial panel data from 2006 to 2014, using fixed effect model, productive infrastructure in promoting effect on consumption is higher t han life infrastructure and social infrastructure,The eastern region to the social infrastr ucture of promoting effect on consumption is higher than the central and western regi ons and central livinging frastructure of the effect on consumption is higher than the e astern and western regions, the western region the productive base of promoting effect on consumption than central and eastern regions.
