Automobile consumption gradually into China’s rural families in 2016 rural residents in China every hundred households household car ownership has reached to 17.4,increased by 86.2% than in 2009,rural residents household car consumption growth quickly.At present,the rural consumption market,there are car tax collection is not reasonable,backward auto consumption credit,rural infrastructure is imperfect,lack of the rural economy level of development,rural car a series of problems such as insufficient consumer market.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,how to promote the rural automobile consumption in China and make the automobile play a full role in rural production and life has become a very important research topic.Based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign research literature of the automobile consumption on the basis of some relevant concepts are defined,by means of relative income consumption consumption theory of marxism and western economics theory,permanent income and lifecycle consumption theory and related theoretical analysis and integration analysis theory on the basis of predecessors’ research achievements,form the analysis of the theoretical basis of research on rural automobile consumption.In rural revitalization strategy background,the status quo analysis of automobile consumption in rural areas in China,and for the future development trend of automobile consumption market in the rural areas were analyzed,and the great potential for the future rural automobile consumption market in China.At first,this paper USES principal component analysis(pca)automobile consumption in rural areas the main influence factors are extracted and refined two principal component factors,coupled with other relevant documents as well as the special market structure rural rural household car consumption index among rural population,rural per capita disposable income,automobile production,rural employment rate,urbanization level,highway mileage,rural,rural per capita income distribution transport expense and average price car 9 as the independent variable regression analysis with rural household car ownership,multiple linear regression analysis using state space model to estimate later analysis.With the rapid development of e-commerce and "Internet +",the exponential smoothing grey forecasting method is used to predict and analyze the household cars of rural residents and China’s new energy vehicles.Then automobile consumption in rural areas in China compared with the developed countries to obtain relatively backward rural automobile consumption market in China,developed countries rural automobile consumption experience enlightenment to our country rural auto play a role as a reference in the future.Finally,based on the empirical results,the paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions to the government and enterprises on the problems existing in China’s rural automobile consumption.The empirical results show that the rural population,per capita rural disposable income,annual car production,road mileage and urbanization level are positively correlated with the number of household cars per 100 households in rural households.Rural employment rate is negatively correlated with rural household car ownership.The distribution of income and the average price of cars are variable influencing factors.China’s rural household car is predicted results over the next 10 years the rural household residents will have a family car,it has good prospects for new energy automobile consumption,rural residents of new energy automobile consumption will also continue to increase.Therefore,China should increase rural income,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,improve rural infrastructure,implement preferential policies for automobile consumption and advocate rational consumption.Finally,policy Suggestions on how to promote rural automobile consumption are put forward to the government and enterprises.
