Study On Wind Power Equipment's Lean Production In V Company

Wind power industry gradually enters the sound mature from the explosive growth, in order to enhance the core competitiveness in the industrial chain enterprises use the lean production to do continuous improvement in the process by identifying and eliminating waste and non-value-added, meanwhile build a corporate culture and enhance corporate management, thus continuously strive for excellence and perfection in the operations management.This thesis seems V Company lean production system as the research object, bases on Lean thinking theory it analyze V Company Lean production system with its own characteristics, and recognize the waste in exists process, and then through creative thinking and team cooperation on process to improve process follow, products quality, and production and logistics management, constantly reduce s production operations cost to increase enterprise key competitiveness.First of all, this thesis explains the core concepts of V Company lean production system which is in order to reduce operating costs, presents its structure, process improvement, lean tool and the human resources distribution. At the same time, it also introduces the concept of the lean tools, methods and concrete steps.Secondly, this thesis specifically studies V Company lean project. Built to site project as the main line, it analyze the detail process that how to use lean management includes strategy deployment, value stream mapping and standard work to eliminate waste and implement continuous improvement.Finally, the end of thesis draws the conclusions on V Company lean production system and lean project,and it is looking forward Lean thinking will play more extensive and important roles in upcoming industrial revolution 4.0.
