In the highly competitive market of wind power, the enterprise use Lean SixSigma management strategy to gain competitive advantage and business success andkeep in an invincible position in the competitive environment of globalization andinformation, never stop pursuing perfection and excellence in business development.This thesis seems Vestas company as the research object, also seems Six Sigma,Lean and Lean Six Sigma thinking and methods as the theoretical basis to improvethe existing production process with problem, eliminate waste, improve processquality control stability and Six Sigma level, thereby improve product quality andproduction efficiency, to enhance the market competitiveness of Vestas in windpower industry.First of all, this thesis describes the overall planning of Vestas Lean Six Sigmaimplementation, details how to promote Lean Six Sigma management,understanding of Lean Six Sigma thinking and specified steps of Lean Six Sigmamanagement. At the same time, it also introduces how to carry out Lean Six Sigmaproject in Vestas.Then, this thesis specifically studies Lean Six Sigma project case of Vestas,follows DMAIC steps of definition, measurement, analysis, improvement andcontrol, appropriate use of Lean and Six Sigma methods and tools for Lean SixSigma process improvement.Finally, the end of this thesis analyzes the overall planning of Lean Six Sigmaimplementation and Lean Six Sigma project research and concludes further, Lookingforward future trends of implementation of the Lean Six Sigma management tosustainability develop, the scope of the Lean Six Sigma management application willbe more extensive.
