Planning And Development Of International Logistics Zone Of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone

The construction and development of logistics industry of our country in recent years has shown strong momentum. However, local governments and department of development and construction still has characteristics conditions of lack of knowledge, only make it as a goods distribution center and transfer station, which certainly is not conducive to the development of logistics zone. Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone as the largest free trade zone in North China, has a unique development in terms of international logistics, planning, design world-class international logistics park will further enhance the Tianjin Free Trade Zone as well as the overall logistics.Its use comprehensive application of logistics, modern logistics management theory to the study of international logistics zone in order to rationalize the logistics, a comprehensive analysis and discussion of international logistics zone in the formation and development of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone combined with the international logistics development and operation of the status and problems of planning an international logistics zone in Tianjin Free Trade Zone system framework; proposed implementation of the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone in the development and implementation of international logistics to take measures .In this article, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone for the study target carried out the following works:1. Detailed study and analysis of international logistics development status of the problem, analyze the cause and SWOT analysis of logistics zone.2. Design and strategic planning given the zone, raised three areas of synergy and multi-district linkage strategic alliance of international logistics park in the logistics business planning framework.3. Proposed the implementation of the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone in the development and implementation of international logistics strategies and measures to be taken.This thesis will draw on some basis and the construction and development for Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone,also can for the logistics zone toward standardization, scale and rationalization of the direction, but also that of other development and construction of the zone as an important reference .
