In now days, new engery industry developed rapidly, and very significant in solar indust,though there is a consideratable gap between the theoretical and practical,especially the high-tech products are needed ergently. The most important thing in solar company is to achive new peak in technology research and apply to the actural,so as to leading in this competitive market. The HST technology battery take a forefront position in the world,which is developed by X company and needed to set up the pilot line. At the mean time, another requirement,the cost,will take more concern about it,whick means under the premise of meeting the requirement of quality,and achive maximum economic benefits by cost control.Production line construction costs is a main part of the product fixed cots, which will have a major impact on the product breakeven point and the whole economic benefits. The key is to find a suitable way to control the construction costs. This article based on the theory of quality-cost control and six-sigma, combined with the reality of the HST, to achive the progress in quality control and improve, and also meet the requirement of total cost control. Achiving dynamic cost control by quantitative analysis which comes frome six-sigma management practices.This article based on the combination of the research status and the reality of HST in X company,to find the parts of the construction cost by six-sigma management practices.Analysis all of these parts and find the major,to achive sub-project cost control, so as to achive the whole project cost control. During the construction of 8 megawatts HST pilot line of X company,combined the six-sigma management practices and technical parameters of HST pilot line solor battery from X company,analysis all parts of the construction by the six-sigma management practices to control the cost,control process mainly includ plant construction,equipment selection,supervision,installation,commission and operation.
