Research On Comprehensive Financial Capability Evaluation Of Listed Companies

Capability is the basis of performance.With the rising level of marketization and the intensification of enterprises competition,social concerns for listed companies has increasingly changed from the prospective financial performance to the financial capability.In fact,the investors give more importance to the companies' financial capability than to financial results.However,the financial capability is the capability system which is composed of several dimensions,how to balance the financial capability to scientifically evaluate integrated finance capacity of the listed companies is the important theoretical and practical problem to be solved effectively and urgently among finance circles.Systematically used the literature analysis,logical reasoning,empirical research and other research methods,the thesis made system research on the comprehensive evaluation of listed companies' financial capability.Among this thesis,the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,research ideas and methods were mainly expounded in the first chapter;the theoretical basis of this research,with the purpose of providing theoretical support for the subject argument was described in the second chapter;the theoretical framework for evaluating the comprehensive financial capability of listed companies was constructed in the third chapter;the fourth chapter,illustrated by the example of computer application industry,empirically analyzed the practical feasibility of the evaluation system of listed companies' comprehensive financial capability,and drew the corresponding conclusions;the application fields and application methods of the listed companies' comprehensive financial evaluation results was systematically exposited in the fifth chapter;the sixth chapter was the conclusion and prospects of this dissertation.The research showed that the comprehensive financial capability evaluation model of listed companies was practical and feasible.The study found that the three core indicators determining the comprehensive financial capability of listed companies were ROE,Receivables turnover ratio and Acid-test Ratio;the comprehensive financial capability of China's computer application industry wasweak,and obvious regional difference existed.
