Study On Financial Capability Analysis And Evaluation Of Wind Power Equipment Listed Companies

Based on industry policies and market promotion, Chinese wind power equipment manufacturing industry obtains leaping development. But the contradictions in the development of Chinese wind power equipment manufacturing industry has began to highlight presently, there is still a big gap between the Chinese independent innovation capability and the international advanced level. Especially its poor financial capability which contains the profitability ability occurs the development bottleneck and so on has restricted its sustainable development. As an important carrier of enterprise capability, financial capability provides a new perspective and window for people to understand and develop the competitiveness of enterprises, thus we should coordinate the financial resources to strengthen the financial capability either for the needs of Chinese wind power equipment manufacturing industry or for the sustainable development of the enterprises.This paper analysis the comprehensive evaluation and management of Chinese wind power equipment listed company financial capability, describes the basic theories and explores the value of the enterprise financial capability in the wind power equipment listed company development. Firstly, The paper defined and classified major wind power listed company in China, and studied the current situation from the financial structure, solvency and financial liquidity, then explored the problems and reasons of these companies. Secondly, this paper has designed and built a comprehensive evaluation system of Chinese wind power equipment listed company financial capability according to the relevant principles.In order to carry out financial capability evaluation more scientifically and accurately, different empirical models are applied to it. Thirdly, adopting principal component analysis to extract 5 principal component factors, and then applying the clustering analysis to determine classification. Based on the Chinese wind power equipment listed company current situation, this paper sets up grey relational analysis model, and then calculates the grey relational degree between sample matrix and reference matrix to determine the comprehensive evaluation value. Meanwhile, to avoid subjective defects of traditional evaluation methods, the entropy weight is introduced to evaluate index weight. Finally, we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the financial capability of Chinese wind power equipment listed company from the financial factors and non-financial factors according to the comparison and analysis of different comprehensive evaluation model. This study not only enriches the theoretical research of the financial capability of wind power equipment listed company in China, but also the empirical research provides the decision-making references for the managers and investors.
