With China's economic strength increased, people's living standards gradually improved, China's insurance companies have sprung up, which can lead to competitive insurance companies in China. In this case, the domestic insurance companies must change the management idea, emphasis on \ "take the customer as the center, customer oriented\" focus on customer needs, provide the insured's products and services, improve customer satisfaction, to improve the company's insurance rate. Customer relationship, therefore, by studying the insurance company, its significance is the ability to understand customer satisfaction of the company, and better able to reduce the distance between with customers, so that they can station in customer's Angle to think, give full consideration to considerate the immediate interests of the customer, on this basis, to develop insurance products, improve the quality of company products or services, to win customers praise and favor, the company's customer satisfaction will be improved naturally.This article mainly from the following aspects of tianan insurance company customer satisfaction research: first of all, from tianan insurance companies to establish "customer oriented" strategic transformation project, landing to the situation of customer satisfaction of tianan insurance company are studied and analysed, to find out the existing problems; Second full use of related theory and model of customer satisfaction, on the basis of the theory to the correct study, and the customer "feelings" and "experience" as the principle, from the counter service, business is dealt with, the relationship between the management three aspects, such as building tianan insurance company customer service experience satisfaction evaluation model and evaluation index system, involving the telephone, counter, insurance and claims, contract and other service link, build channels to listen to customer demands. And then design the questionnaire and representative of a large number of insurance customer evaluation, and then the evaluation results are qualitative and quantitative analysis, finally it is concluded that the cheonan insurance company customer satisfaction is low. Therefore, tianan insurance company to improve the service skill of the insurance industry and perfecting its service process, finally give the customer a good experience, so as to improve the core competitiveness of the company in the insurance industry.
