As China entried into the World Trade Organization, the insurance market will expand opening to the outside world further, so the Chinese insurance companies will face more competitive market. The service has already become the biggest disparity between the foreign capitals insurance company and the domestic-investment insurance enterprises, and the service has already become the decisive factor whether enterprises could survive to grow strength in the market. In order to shorten the disparity that the domestic insurance and the foreign insurance company and to meet demands of market competition, one of the important problems that need be solved at present is how to change the domestic lag behind idea of service management as soon as possible, then improve the service level. The basic idea service marketing is that the enterprise realizes to improve management and the long-term profit through enhancing the degree of customer satisfaction and winning the loyal customer. Therefore, the domestic-investment insurance company must enhance the degree of customer satisfaction to raises the service level.Insurance services have some characteristics differing from goods. Consequently, the traditional management patterns and methods based on the industry for manufacture couldn't be quite effective in the financial practice. A burning issue of the moment is to utilize theories and methods for the service management to guide the future practice. However, in China, there is hardly and systematically theoretical research about the service management or any financial practice applying modern theories in the accident of the service management.
