Arable land is the most basic resources and conditions of the production of human life, with the social economic development and rapid population growth, the current arable land of our country and the overall situation is severe. The dwindling number of cultivated land, arable land quality declining and arable land protection is imminent, how to protect arable land efficiently and orderly is arable land is worth pondering. Based on the current situation of cultivated land, the article analyze the existing problems, through establishing dynamic monitoring system of arable land protection by using Internet of things technology and geographical conditions monitoring the establishment of dynamic monitoring system of arable land protection, so as to realize the arable land protection system, information and socialization, so as to promote the agricultural sustainable development and social stability and harmony, and put forward the opinions and suggestions for the protection of arable land.This article first elaborated the domestic external networking technology and geographical conditions monitoring the status and trends, the introduction of the current situation of cultivated land, analyze the existing problems, protection of arable land to find out the need to focus on and solve the key point, mainly do of arable land quantity and quality continues to improve, the content and importance of the quantity and quality of arable land dynamic monitoring is proposed. Secondly, carries on the elaboration to the networking technology and geographical conditions monitoring, summarize the connection between the two and puts forward sensor and 3S technology integration concept, analysis of the key technology for the construction of the dynamic monitoring system of arable land protection for their help and support. Then the focus of this paper is on protection of arable land dynamic monitoring system is used to design the system construction goal, to the ideas of system construction are introduced, the design with emphasis on the analysis of the composition of the system. The system consists of seven subsystems, and the specific content of the seven subsystems function are introduced, determine the system's overall construction. Again, to raise the issue of the system in the presence of capital, technology and implementation and find out measures to deal with, expansion of the system, put forward to the smart and convenient direction protection of arable land dynamic monitoring system and application will be extended to food safety and disaster prediction, design evaluation index and weight, existence and operation of the system for comprehensive evaluation.To the protection of arable land dynamic monitoring system of exploration and research, strengthen the dynamic monitoring of farmland and enhance the arable land protection techniques.Introduction of public participation, strengthen supervision, can help to achieve the total arable land dynamic equilibrium, arable land quality real-time monitoring, find out the "family property", accurately grasp the information of arable land and to predict the development trend, provide the impetus for the arable land sustainable use and social stability harmonious and healthy development.
