Study On The Benefit And Factors Of Swine Scaled Farming In Xinjin County

China is a large agricultural country. For a long time, the swine industry occupies an important position in the national economy and agriculture. In recent years, China’s swine industry internal environment, external environment and production patterns have tremendously changed, the backyard farmers will gradually withdraw, specialization and large-scale swine farming will become the inevitable trend in development of China’s swine farming industry. At the same time, China’s large-scale swine farming is still in the early stage of development, there is more than a problem. Under the background of current, it is a great significance that research the cost and benefit, and factors affecting benefit of swine scale farms.This paper selected scale swine farms as research object,which are the mainly existing form of Scale swine farming at present in China, took sichuan xinjin county as survey site, visited local swine farms to obtain first-hand information and get63effective questionnaires, while combined with statistical data. Used the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, researched the cost and benefit, and factors affecting benefit of swine scale farms. Included seven parts of contents:introduction, theoretical basis, Xinjin swine farming industry development situation, scale swine farms’cost and benefit analysis in Xinjin, empirical analysis of scale swine farms’ benefit factors, problem and advice.Through the research, found that:first, xinjin small-scale swine farms have certain cost advantage, total cost is minimum compared with other scale farms. But, in terms of benefit, large-scale farms show better economic benefit level. Second, the scale of capital investment, the degree of culture, government support and whether cooperative have a significant impact on profit for swine, while the scale of capital investment, the degree of culture, high school and above the number ratio and the support of the government also have a significant impact on the rate of productivity and cost profit investment. Third, there are many problems in the development of scale swine farming in Xinjin County, for example high production costs, lack of funds, land difficult, insufficient investment in science and technology, production and operation of dispersing and so on. Therefore, suggest farms, industry and government take corresponding measures to improve scale swine farming development of Xinjin.Combining with the actual swine farming situation in Xinjin County, this paper analyzed the cost and benefit of scale swine farming, selected the appropriate indicators to have benefit factors’ empirical analysis from the production characteristics, social factors, economic factors, environmental factors. It has certain innovation. However, there is still limitation in study area, data and index selection.
