In recent years, with the rise of the agricultural pricies the cost of production in cotton showed a significant upward trend, while the comparative effectiveness is declining, at the same time the current implementation policy is partially offset, which will enable high-quality cotton base in Xinjiang fundamentally important strategic position can not be consolidated.
