Under the changing circumstance, a rising number of companies pay attention to Enterprise Strategy Planning, through which they can realize the sustainable development and great-lead-forward development, and then it would be more and more important for staff of the company to work together and for one department to coherent with another one. As above, the research of improving and promoting Human Resourses Management under Enterprise Strategy Planning would be useful to improve enterprises'advantages and to realize their strategic objectives.Since the establishment of DC Real Estate Company, the company has expanded its scale, and has expanded its business projects, and has realized the super-routine and leap forward development of the enterprise. However, in the company's business is becoming bigger and bigger, the internal human resource management issues are also increasingly exposed. The staff structure is unreasonable, the staff lack of effective career planning and promotion channels, the salary system is not perfect and so on, has become an important reason for the low efficiency of DC Real Estate Company human resource management. Therefore, this article will analyze the current status of human resources in DC company, analyze the current status of human resources, DC company's current internal and external environment, enterprise development strategy, DC company's human resource planning, planning and implementation of DC company's strategic objectives, based on their own strong and clear corporate strategic objectives.
