In recent years,China’s economic development has entered a new normal and the country’s economic structure has been changing and is in a process of continuous optimization and upgrading.As a result of economic restructuring,the country’s supply-side structural reform is also continuing to deepen.The real estate industry,as a pillar industry of China’s economic development,needs to break the previous high-cost,high-leverage development model of real estate enterprises and develop a strategy suitable for its own development in order to continue to maintain the industry’s advantages and achieve a sustainable and high-quality development path.The D real estate company selected for this paper has achieved considerable success with the rapid development of the entire real estate industry over the past three decades.As government regulation and control measures continue to increase,the main confusion facing the company is how to continue to maintain its existing advantages,resolve its high debt ratio and continue to capture market share in order to achieve sustainable,high-quality corporate development.This paper starts from the concept and theoretical basis of strategic management of enterprises.By applying the theory of strategic management,it makes an objective evaluation and analysis of Company D’s external macro-economy,internal resources and capabilities,its own strengths and weaknesses,as well as the opportunities and challenges it faces.Moreover,by using the SWOT theory model to position and select the company’s development strategy,the company’s development ideas are basically clarified,and finally three strategic implementation tools such as diversification strategy that may be adapted to the company’s development are proposed.To help achieve the sustainable development of the company,this paper has developed a strategic implementation plan and safeguards that are appropriate to the company’s current stage of operation.Through the study of the current state of development of China’s real estate industry and future trends,this paper,combined with the analysis of Company D’s current operating situation and industry prospects,comes to the following conclusions:in today’s real estate industry environment,a company must face transformation and upgrading,break the old development model of the past and take the road of industrial diversification if it wants to continue to expand and prevent industry risks.
