The Private Enterprise Labor Rules And Operation Status Investigation Research In Zhuanghe

Private enterprises play the important role in the economic system of our country. Therefore, it is very important for the private enterprises to develop the healthy development of the social economy. But private enterprises in practice due to the lack of labor rules and regulations, make it become the hardest hit area of labor dispute. In this thesis, the author analyzes the current situation of labor rules and regulations in Zhuanghe, and analyzes the problems existed in the operation of private enterprise labor rules and regulations, and puts forward the countermeasures.Firstly, this thesis adopts the method of questionnaire survey to design the questionnaire of the operation status of the labor rules and regulations of the private enterprises, and the relevant analysis of the questionnaire is carried out by using spss20.0 software.Secondly, through the analysis of the results of the survey, the main existed problems in the operation of private enterprise labor rules and regulations are lack of staff participation, the content and the actual gap, the publicity effect is not ideal, the enterprise internal supervision and confusion, lack of external supervision and other issues.Finally, from the definition of the private enterprise labor rules and regulations, and the reasonable definition of the private enterprise labor rules and regulations, the system of public notice, promote private enterprise labor rules and regulations, play the supervision role of labor regulations, the direct supervision of administrative trial, and the indirect supervision of the judicial system to improve the operation status of private enterprises and countermeasures.This thesis explores the operation mode of the private enterprise labor rules and regulations, and discusses how to improve the development of private enterprises. At the same time, through investigation and research, the existed problems in the operation of labor rules and regulations of private enterprises are summarized, and the reasons are analyzed. Finally, the author will put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
