Research On Analysis And Status Of Building Of Enterprise Culture Of Private Enterprises In Xinjiang

Private enterprises in Xinjiang started in the late 80's,has become the most dynamic new economic growth points of the the national economy of Xinjiang region ,they have played an irreplaceable role in social investment, social development and improve people's living standards by virtue of their resources, policy, labor, and other advantages of the national economy in Xinjiang.However, private enterprises in Xinjiang with the rapid development have encountered many problems at the same time, as a result of their own and the impacts of a variety of factors in the external environment, in addition to capital, management, technology, personnel issues, the delayed construction of enterprise culture is one of the important factors of development to be the constraints of the private economy in Xinjiang. Yu Guangyuan ,well-known economist once said that the country's prosperity depends on the economy, economic prosperity depends on enterprises, the development of enterprises depends on enterprise culture. Harvard Business School since 1988 had "Contemporary affect an important factor in the development of performance" as a key research topic. Professor John Scott and his colleagues Professor James Scott have publicated the monograph which entitled " Enterprise Culture and Performance", The United States during the 1987-1991 industry 22 of the 72 companies studies corporate culture: enterprise culture is an important factor of the enterprise itself underlying performance in modern social ,and predicted that do it in the past decade.The enterprise culture will become a key deciding factor in the rise and fall. Therefore, we not only need to pay attention to private enterprises in Xinjiang,but also should pay more attention to culture of private enterprises in Xinjiang.This paper, based on the important thinking of the three aspects to demonstrate the theme of Research on Construction and Current situation of Enterprises Culture of Enterprise Private in Xinjiang. The first part of paper analyzed the culture of private enterprises firstly from the culture characteristics of private enterprises in Xinjiang, in order to argument the need for cultural development of private enterprises in Xinjiang.The second part of paper analysed current situation of private enterprises cultural in Xinjiang by example, summarized the results of culture and problems private enterprises in Xinjiang , analysed the reasons for problems according to the specific issues in detail. The third part of the paper combined with the situation in Xinjiang has demonstrated the actual ideological and political work in the construction of enterprise culture in the role of culture, brand awareness, strengthen the construction of an ethical culture and so on.In short, the enterprise culture in Xinjiang limited the growth of private enterprises to a large extent .The resolvtion of the issue of enterprise culture is bound to be private enterprises in Xinjiang to remove a major obstacle to further development. We must attach importance to the ideological,theoretical research,the practice of carrying out the construction of corporate culture in order to promote the development of private enterprises in Xinjiang.
