Abstract/Summary:
Since the reform and opening,China's rapid economical development of the private sector has contributed a lot for the economic development in china.However, with the growth of private economy,the private sector's negative impact on labor relations has become increasingly obvious.Especially,in recent years,China's private sector labor disputes occurred frequently,and even destruction of "black brick kilns" incident of abuse of workers.In this context,the adjustment of labor relations and the improvements of the status and treatment of workers has become an important task of applying the Scientific Outlook on Development and building a socialist harmonious society.Therefore,the labor-capital relations of private sectors in our country are chosen as research object in this study.This paper has been systematically studied on labor-capital relations at the present stage of China from the adjusted basis,objectives, obstacles,as well as the overall idea.This paper consists of four parts.The first part analyzes the fundamental basis of the adjustment of the China's private sectors labor-capital relationship.This part is started from Marxist theory of labor-capital relationship,then analysis the special attributes of the private sector labor relations at the primary stage of socialism in our country,and demonstrates the necessity and possibility of the adjustment of labor relations.The second part is about the aim method of the private sector labor relations. According to the basic national conditions that China is at the primary stage of socialism,this paper argues that the interests of harmonious employer-employee relationship is the goal of China's private sector labor relations of the basic types of models.On this basis,this part describes the content of the target model focused on the balance of labor and capitalist,labor cooperation,benefit-sharing and government intervention.And elaborate its operation form the social and the enterprise level.The third part is the gap between reality and the goal of the private sector labor relations in China and analyzes the obstacles.This part mainly analyzes the gap between the reality and the goal of the private sector labor relations and the major factors of the barriers of the adjustments of private sector labor relations.The fourth part is the general idea to adjust China's private sector labor relations.This test establishes the overall framework of the adjustments in the condition of socialist market economy, following the principles,routing and policy recommendations.
