| With the deepening of land consolidation, it faces more and more problems. How to solve land quality issues, the environment, public participation and other issues timely, which become the object of much-needed new era of land consolidation study. In the critical period to accelerate the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society, Jinshi city appears the obvious contradiction between people and land, resource and environmental pressure. In the process of implementation of the land consolidation, Jinshi city’s land consolidation is expanding and showing a new trend, since it is in the Dongting Lake area. Therefore, it is a typical and representative city, and the research also has a good role model and reference value. Papers are taken Jinshi city as the research object to study the problems of land consolidation, which are mainly used ways, such as literature analysis, comparative study analysis of Jinshi City, in the basis of combing over the years in the land consolidation project data, such as information-based economy and society. By learning from the experience of advanced countries, it is put forward solutions which contain improving the quality of farmland measures, promoting public participation, and strengthening environmental protection and land consolidation project management. It is necessary to further improve relevant polices and systems for realization of rapid and sustainable development of land consolidation in Jinshi City.This article are divided into following several aspects:Firstly, it is described the background, significance of the topic, research content, and method technology roadmap; Secondly it is described the theoretical basis for land consolidation, and defined the connotation, principles and necessity of land consolidation; Finally,taking Jinshi city as an example, the land consolidation current situation and existing problems are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. |
