The same as material and information, Human resources is one of the three major resources, which is so much important to an enterprise. And only through human’s processing and creation that material and information could turn out to produce value. With the rapid development of domestic economy and social civilization,more and more enterprises had begun to pay more attention to the development of human resources. Performance management,which is a part of human resource management, is closely related to the strategic objectives of the enterprise. And today, it has already became a standards that measure the management of an enterprise. In our country, the performance management research starts later than foreign countries, the perfomance management of in some enterprisesis still in a low level, such as some enterprise performance management also stays in the performance appraisal stage; some enterprise’s performance management and the enterprise strategy is out of line, some enterprise performance management has not played the role of the positive excitation but reduced the employee satisfaction.PG group is a company that dedicate in the car sales service enterprise, developed with the raise of the domestic automobile industry.lt is a company that operating 7 luxury car brands, with more than 30 4S store chain management group. In recent years, with the development of the domestic automobile market, the golden ten years of automotive sales service industry have passed. PG group intends to improve the management in the case of open source difficult to achieve the goal of saving energy. The original human resources management system of PG group is relatively complete. Human resource management is also more advanced under the informationsystem.But the performance management is still in a extensive stage, performance management and the company’s strategic objectives are not combined, basic still stay in the performance evaluation stage.The main methods of this research includes depth interview, questionnaire survey, comparative analysis and other research methods. With all those methods that mentioned about, this article, analysis the existing problems in the PG group’s performance management. According to the actual operating situation of PG group, includes, enterprise strategic objectives, business processes, job characteristics, human resource management status, through some literature analysis, which includes performance management, incentive theory and other basic theoretical support, The article gives the optimization design of the performance management scheme of PG auto sales Services Group. And at the end of this article, formulates the implementation plan which is feasible, and argue with the guarantee of the implementation. At last elaborated further continuous improvement ideas on plan.
