With the rapid development of world economy, environment pollution becomes worse and worse. Environmental friendly energy and green production modes are caused more and more attention. In the industry production, the government and enterprise input more and more capital in remanufacturing. And also the research of it were brought into national project.Remanufacturing were started from USA in 1940s, and were used in Auto engine firstly. Then they were used in construction machinery industries. Construction machinery has features of big volume, high weight, more structural parts, and key parts more value added. There will be more prospect to develop remanufacturing in construction machinery industries.However, in practical operation of construction machinery remanufacturing, as in the whole life period of the recycled products, a great deal of key information run through product design, process flow, inspection, sales, transportation, usage, working condition, service, repair, recycle until written-off, there is no unified standard to identify the key info of recycled products. Also it is difficult to obtain these key information.In the meantime, for the manufacturer and dealer, the different roles they are playing in the process of remanufacturing, the different key information they are focusing on. And also the treating method and flow direction of recycled products are different in different conditions.This article first introduces the background of reverse logistics and remanufacturing, the research and development status of remanufacturing at home and abroad, and relative questions like:Presently, almost construction machinery manufacturers in China are most focusing on traditional forward logistics, there is no enough concern on reverse logistics or remanufacturing; Key information of recycled products is uncertain and difficult to obtain; The imperfection of information management and network make key information of recycled products difficult to trace.Based on working conditions, the recycled products can be grouped into early, stable and post failure stage, and also analyze and classify the failure form in details, combined with the way, principle and repair process of remanufacturing, and then get key information of each stage.This article analyze the status of flow direction and remanufacturing of recycled products at home and abroad, and raise questions like:Logistic cost is too high for construction machinery recycled products; There is no assessment and detecting standard for reference; Price expectation too much different between manufacturer and customer; The Key information of machine which is still using cannot be traced; There is no special tax policy support from the government for construction machinery remanufacturing; There is no national regulation and standard for after sales operating; Recycling and remanufacturing are not concerned from the product design; There is no pricing standard for remanufactured products, etc. Based on these questions, this article provides solutions:Changing customers’acceptance, get support of the government, building all kinds of standards and recycled products info tracing system etc. Then analyze the recycled products flow direction.Then, by using weighted score and rating method, we change the traditional qualitative and intuitive pricing into quantized score and rank, and provide initial technical guidance for recycled products flow direction pre-decision and pricing. For the recycled products which is already in the pre-remanufacturing process, by concerning remanufacturing cost and economy, we introduce pricing ratio variable—life coefficient. Based on cost control, the life coefficient provides support for parts and whole machine remanufacturing, amend deviation because of uncertain factors in the flow direction pre-decision, and provide support for final decision.At the end, the article set forth the main conclusion and raise expectations for the project. |
