With the continuous improvement of the technological level and the living standards of consumers in today’s society,product replacement rate also accelerates,so a lot of the product which itself still have a useful value are discarded,resulting in environmental damage and waste of resources. In today’s society the resources become increasingly scare and environmental pollution become more and more serious.The important method to solve these problems is developing remanufacturing waste products.It not only protects the environment but also make full use of the resources.However,it is still not mature to construct remanufacturing reverse logistics network system in China.Remanufacturing reverse logistics network reasonable construction and layout is key to achieve high efficiency of logistics operation under the condition of minimum cost.Against this background, this thesis will study remanufacturing reverse logistics network layout theory and research methods.This thesis mainly studies on three key issues including reverse logistics network construction,remanufacturing reverse logistics network model design and model solution. In terms of the reverse logistics network construction,based on exploring domestic and reverse logistics network characteristics,classification,composition and mode of operation,combined with the waste product remanufacturing process,this thesis proposes remanufacturing reverse logistics network and builds two remanufacturing reverse logistics network in mode that manufacturing companies selves building reverse logistics network.For remanufacturing reverse logistics layout model design,basing on designed remanufacturing reverse logistics network,designs independent remanufacturing reverse logistics network and integrates forward logistics remanufacturing logistics network LRIP models by studying reverse logistics network layout model of domestic and foreign. The LRIP model is a reverse logistics network layout model which studies the facility location,transportation route selection, inventory control three aspects factors and determines the location and number of the best facilities,so as to choose the optimal transport path under the condition of the minimum total cost of the system construction.In terms of the model solution,according to the characteristics of model it designs two-phase heuristic algorithm to solve the model.This thesis constructs two kinds of remanufacturing reverse logistics network and researches their layouts based on the same example.Then compares the results of layouts.Thought example it verifies the LRIP model and two-phase heuristic algorithm correct and feasible.At present,there are lots of methods related to layout in domestic and foreign,but a little people use LRIP model for reverse logistics network layout.In this thesis,designed LRIP layout model thought analyzing the past of layout theories and methods.It enriches the layout theory and application of the reverse logistics network layout.And the research result provides a more scientific reference for logistics enterprises.
