Since the 20th century,manufacturing plays an important role in the process of promoting human improvents.At the same time it has caused irreversible damage to the Earth,such as the consumption of natural resources,destruction of ecological resources and environmental pollution.In this case,remanufacturing becomes increasingly popular in Western developed countries owing to its environmental,economic and other characteristics,and has become China's construction of social sustainable development and an integral part of a manufacturing power.As the extension of remanufacturing,remanufacturing reverse logistics also possesses practical research significance.Compared to the traditional logistics research,remanufacturing reverse logistics should take into account the remanufacturing problems,so in the construction of remanufacturing reverse logistics network structure should consider more comprehensive and meticulous.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the further study.Based on the summary of remanufacturing,reverse logistics,remanufacturing reverse logistics and research status in overseas and domestic,starting from the remanufacturing reverse logistics network recovery operation,the paper firstly analyzes the factors in recycling process and mode.On the basis of GERT,the paper established recovery prediction model and received the recycling prediction time and quantity of discarded products,laying a foundation for the next study.Secondly,through the description and analysis for the facility location problems of remanufacturing reverse logistics,the paper builds the facility location model and received the solvement by LINDO.Thus it not only gets the optimal solution for the model,it also obtains the best logistics distribution plan of the model.Then the paper analyzes the long-term influence caused by external factors in logistics system and conducts dynamic optimization for the system performance by SD simulation technology.Then the paper establishes SD simulation technology of the system,and takes comprehensive description and long period operation for reverse logistics system under different environment strategy,capacity expansion strategy of remanufacturing and market behavior.Finally,take rotary vane pumps as an example,through a specific analysis of the validity of the data model,at the same time through the system dynamic perforamance optimization of the system in the different combinations of parameters are simulated and analyzed in a variety environments,we can see the remanufacturing reverse logistics system trends in different parameter changes:leading strategy or matching strategy will enhance the green image of the enterprise,at the same time,it will improve the product demand,for the product recovery rate and system also show the total profits will increase;the more powerful the environment protection policy,the higher the recovery rate,and ultimately improve product demand and total system profits.
