MG is called Management Game for short, It's a comprehensive course that simulate the operation of a virtual enterprise and Northeast University cooperate with Aoyama Gakuin to operate and introduce it to China in 2001.MG is based on a characteristic and comprehensive course in CMU, the course stresses on business operation training. The game is based on a PC interact simulation system and constructs a multinational, dynamic and competitive environment.TW international company simulates a transnational corporation that produces and sells watches under the environment of MG. The company's management team is made up of four people; COO is me, responsible for production and operation management. Thesis is based on operating accompany in a three-year simulation under the environment of MG.The thesis consists of six chapters; the first chapter describes the background and research significance of this topic; research ideas and the main content of this paper and the research methods of this paper. The second chapter summarizes the theory part of the statement of the connotation of production strategy, the main content of the production of strategic management, the status and role of production strategy and the models of the production strategy process and so on; it laid a theoretical foundation for follow-up studies. The third chapter is the analysis of TW production strategic environment from 2013 to 2015, analyze the macro environment, industry environment, the internal environment which TW encounters at present, and come to SWOT matrix of TW. The fourth chapter is the selections of production strategy of TW from 2013 to 2015, analysis the production strategic target, on the basis of clear production strategic goals, select for it the corresponding production strategy and production tactics. The fifth chapter is the implementation of the TW production strategy in 2013-2015, expound and analysis all the situation of TW production strategy in details in 2013-2015. The sixth chapter discusses writer's understanding of MG and suggestions and thoughts of learning MBA.
