The Research And Application On The R&D Quality Management In CB Company

Since reform and opening-up, China exchanges market with technology to introduction of foreign capital and technology, making the manufacturing industry have a rapid development, many enterprises which have independent research and development on their owns products spring up like mushrooms, and they not only have a very big enhancement in the size but also with high technology. However, some companies still exist many problems with quality management on product research and development.This paper analyses the problems in product R&D quality management process of CB Company. Through looking up datum and literature as well as in combination with some successful practice as a theoretical basis in the two important stages of product development(the stage of product planning and definition and the stage of product design) this paper implements the quality management activities to ensure the progress of product R&D, cost and quality, so as to improve customer satisfaction and market share.This paper using the QFD method in the early stage of the product quality planning stage, analyses the customer demands deeply, and transforms the effective customer demands into technical requirements of the product design by the method of quality house.Moreover, this paper uses the DFMEA(Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to evaluation the design scheme in the product design stage improving the effectiveness of the audit evaluation, and reducing the number of problems appeared in the process of product testing, so as to save a lot of resources and time for the enterprise.
