The Research Of Lean R&D Management Methods In Enterprise Product R&D Engineering

Manufacturing contains a wide range, such as food manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, railway equipment manufacturing industry, furniture manufacturing, and other involved in all aspects of the national economy and people's livelihood. At present, the global industrial 4.0 times has come. National ministry of industry and information technology said many times to seize this opportunity for the development of industrial 4.0 and make efforts to push the "Made In China" to "Created In China", at all levels, and enhance the level of China's manufacturing narrowing or catch up with manufacturing the level of developed countries. At present, the part of the manufacturing industry development situation is good, China's high-speed rail equipment manufacturing have gone towards the world and set up the good international image of China's manufacturing industry.In enterprise development, product research and development engineering has played a very important role. To enhance the Research and development efforts and the innovation of the creation of knowledge of enterprise is an important way to pushing the "Made in China" to "Created in China". In the current industrial development environment, analysis and study on research and development of enterprise management mode is particularly important. In view of the research and development of enterprise management mode, this paper mainly analysis the following contents:First of all, the paper puts forward the importance of enterprise product research and development and recognizes the importance of research and development of scientific and reasonable enterprise management mode.And then, to study and research the research achievements of R&D management mode at home and abroad in detail, and to study the development history and research status of R&D management mode. In connection with this paper emphasis on research and development management pattern and introduces the related content of Lean R&D system.And then, to combine the thought of research and development of the lean value stream to make the analysis of waste phenomenon in Z company product's research and development work. Then, to utilize the Interpretive Structural Modeling and Markov chain transfer probability model to analysis and eliminate the waste phenomenon in product research and development and optimize project management plan.Later, with the R&D case of part C in Z Company, the quantitative analysis in the application of lean development system has been calculated the benefits of technology product design innovation.Finally, to summarize the research content of this article and put forward some ideas for the research direction.
