Research On The Relationship Between The Technology Human Capital And Enterprise Performance

Science and technology human capital is the source of enterprise technology innovation,and technology innovation is the core enterprise to obtain competitive advantage as well as the core power to improve the business performance.Since the21 st century with the advent of knowledge economy and the rapid development of science and technology,science and technology human capital has gradually become the core of enterprise human capital,in the future development of the enterprise and the short-and long-term planning also gradually be taken seriously.Literature study shows that human capital to the national or regional economic growth and enterprise benefit is becoming more and more significant role,become the key elements of economic development.Science and technology human capital at the core of human capital as the knowledge economy era of science and technology,and research the internal relation between enterprise performance and science and technology human capital benefit to the enterprise growth and the future development of more important significance.On the basis of literature review at home and abroad,this thesis from the perspective of enterprise level,from the viewpoints of both qualitative and quantitative research the internal relation between enterprise performance and science and technology human capital.First of all,in this thesis,the thesis summarizes relevant literature,from the perspective of theoretical research,qualitative analysis the relationship between science and technology human capital and enterprise performance.Secondly,filtering based on more than one hundred listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen securities exchange a-shares enterprise data,and it is concluded that 58 valid data,as A sample,build multivariate regression model correlation analysis and regression analysis,etc.Study concluded that,there is significant correlation between science and technology human capital and enterprise performance.And according to the results of the study suggest for science and technology human capital investment and management of science and technology,and possible ways to increase the enterprise to get good performance.
