Since the 1990 s, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. In fact, employees' positive work is the eternal power of improve enterprise benefit. How to scientific and effective management is faced with many enterprises motivate employees has become a problem.To help enterprises to improve the staff incentive mode, make it play to the greatest extent work enthusiasm, to create greater profits for the enterprise. Taking FuXin rt-mart supermarket as an example to investigate, using the theory reference and extension of the study, interview, questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis to explore the FuXin rt-mart supermarket mode of a single, incentive mode of the embodiment of the system is not unified, there is no reasonable incentive mode difference, the incentive model does not consider demand level difference, and many other problems.
