| In twenty-first Century, the human resource management has become a very important function of enterprise management. And incentive is the core and purpose of scientific human resources management, enterprise implement effective incentive mechanism is to arouse the staffs enthusiasm and creativity, improve the work efficiency, in order to improve the overall performance of enterprises, the long-term goal of enterprise development.Electric power industry is technology intensive industries, strengthen the management of human resources, create exquisite staff for the development of electric power enterprises is particularly important. FR enterprise is the electric power production enterprises to coal as the main fuel, FR enterprises to improve competitiveness, we should focus on human resources management from the internal of enterprises, establish an effective incentive mechanism, fully tap the potential of employees. In this paper, through the investigation and Study on the incentive mechanism of enterprise FR, revealed the existence of the problem, such as lack of education and training, performance management system is not perfect, the compensation allocation is unreasonable, lack of incentive and enterprise culture, and puts forward effective countermeasures, promote the healthy development of enterprise FR. |
