Research On The Upgrading Paths And Implementation Mechanism Of Regional Equipment Manufacturing Industry Based On Innovation Network

The equipment manufacturing industry is the symbol of strategic industries and the industry rise of a country, as well as the basis and core competitiveness of the manufacturing sector of a country. As the backbone of the modern industrial system the equipment manufacturing industry with the high employment and high added value, has great related degree with other industries, and can drive them strong. Taking the equipment manufacturing industry as the breakthrough of transforming from the "big manufacturing country" into the "manufacturing power" has an important strategic significance. In recent years, although the equipment manufacturing industry in China has made some achievements, there are still issues like excessive dependence on the input of production factors, the lack of the independent design capability and core technologies, and the insufficiency of the supporting capacity. With the implementation of China’s innovation driving strategy and the promotion of "Made in China 2025", the network and intelligent have become new trends of the equipment manufacturing industry. In this context, how to achieve the technology commercialization, the industrial cluster, the complete sets of equipment and the complete localization to fully promote the regional equipment manufacturing industry innovation and upgrading, has become an urgent and major issue.This dissertation systematically analyzes the connotation characteristics and influencing factors of the regional equipment manufacturing upgrading, and builds the structural equation model to measure the influence of the regional innovation network to the equipment manufacturing industry upgrading based on the structure and function of social network theory research and innovation network, reveals the equipment manufacturing industry upgrading law based on the innovation network evolution. Then, the paths of the regional equipment manufacturing industry upgrading based on innovation network are designed, including the upgrading path based on industrial key-generic technology, the upgrading path based on corollary industry chain optimization and the exogenous upgrading path based on the industry innovation platform, and the selection methods and changing tactics of the upgrading paths are proposed. Further, according to the path implementation needs of the regional equipment manufacturing industry upgrading, the dynamic mechanism, the coordination mechanism, the effect evaluation mechanism and the process monitoring mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry upgrading are established. Finally, the equipment manufacturing industry of Heilongjiang Province is taken as the empirical research object, and based on the analysis of the industrial innovation and upgrading needs, the industry upgrading path is selected and the implementation mechanism is further completed, and relevant suggestions are also put forward.This dissertation benefits enhancing the core competitiveness of the regional equipment manufacturing industry and constructing the new pattern of industry synergy symbiosis, but also has great significances in breaking the bottleneck of the equipment manufacturing industry development and achieving innovation upgrading and sustainable development.
