| Product quality is concerned with the development of the enterprises as well as people's life and safety. Diesel engine is widely used in the field of railway, seaway and land route. It plays a significant role in our country's traffic and transportation industry. Therefore, the product quality of the diesel engine draws much attention in the society. In order to solve the problems of quality data management, quality process control, quality tracing and quality problem prevention, CNR (DLD) company comes up with the idea of establishing the quality information management platform. The ultimate goal is realizing the total quality management.This paper is based on the theory of quality management and the method of building up a management information system. According to these theories and the company's current quality management problems, by analyzing the manufacturing process and quality management situation of company CNR (DLD), this paper analyzed the requirement of the quality management platform. After analyzing, this paper decides the four main modules of the system are quality information managing and tracing, quality preventing and improving, process quality control and quality economic evaluating, and then illustrates the detailed functions every module demands. Finally, this paper builds up a Product Quality Sustainable Assurance Framework of E-environment(PQSAFE) for the diesel engine products of CNR (DLD) company. This platform is based on the information technology and Internet of things, builds up a quality management framework based on IOT and quality information gathering scheme based on wireless sensor network, revolves around the four main modules mentioned above, and integrates MES, ERP. The successful implement of the system helps CNR (DLD) company realize the comprehensive digital management of the quality information. The production process is being better controlled and the traceability of the product comes true. The quality management level of the company is lifted.The results of this paper can be used as a proof for other large-scale engine manufacturers and discrete manufacturers in both the theoretical and practical way. |
