Establishment Of Quality Management System For GL Company

GL Company is a family enterprise. It was established in China2006formanufacturing and providing service of Cranes of2T and below. This company already gotthe ISO9001:2008quality management system certification, but there is a very large gapbetween the ISO9000system standard and the actual operating the process. Processes fornew product design, customer service, supplier quality management and manufacturing,have not met the requirements of standardized quality management system. Qualityproblems occurred frequently and thus seriously affected the development of the company.The thesis major purpose is that establish quality management system for the company.The entire quality management system is evaluated that include: product design, customer,supplier and manufacture. The research methods according to the company existingmanagement documents which are combined with manufacture procedures and relevantdocuments. Review the critical control point of quality management, the qualityresponsibility of related departments. According to the theory of standardization ofquality management to establish system of which contain four parts: product design,customer service, supplier quality management and manufacturing. It is combined withquality management system and ISO9001quality management system. Each module workis clear and definite input and output, implementation and supervision department. Afterthe complete system, the operation results show quality management system is effectiveand improve the manage level of quality management for the company.
