A Research On Quality Management System Establishment For Z Company

The GMP management implemented by a veterinary bio-products factory is an efficient way to improve competence and quality of products. The intermingle of good and bad in enterprise management, however, result in problems of veterinary drug GMP quality management system when it works. Therefore, a veterinary bio-products factory has to build up ISO9001 quality management system based on its implementation of veterinary drug GMP, so as to offset the disadvantages to make it work more efficiently and improve further the quality.The first part of this thesis is to bring forward the importance of this study and give out the object and main content of study. The second part expatiates the concept, origin and main elements of veterinary drug GMP. The third part expatiates the beginning, development, main points of the ISO9001 management system and also make a comparison between veterinary drug GMP and ISO9001 quality management system. The fourth part is to analyze the current quality management situation of Z Company. The fifth part is to design the quality management of Z Company. The sixth part is to study the promotion and implementation of this quality management system.The main conclusions are: to ensure the sustainable development of company and quality improvement of product, the efficient measures must be take to integrate ISO9001standard concept and veterinary drug GMP to establish an effective quality management system. High level management team members and all the staffs must get involved by training program and effective prompting. The strengthening of basic quality management is the support to make it work well. To launch 5S management and QC quality team activity, improve staff's professional skill and complete the system of own development ,result in promoting enterprises.By study of this thesis, the quality management can be improved the current situation for the Z company, help itself to set up more efficiency and completely management system. Therefore, improve the quality of the products, increase the company's competency in the market, be ready for the challenges.
