City Commercial Banks Based on the local economy, small and medium enterprises and residents of financial institutions, the development of local economy and services play a huge role in promoting. After more than ten years of development, the city commercial banks have gradually developed, some of city commercial banks have completed the joint-stock reform, and some of them have been listing.Compared with other banks, city commercial banks are more flexible, rapid response to market changes, rapid decision-making and geographical advantages, and so on. But the overall size of the city commercial banks are small, it depends on the local economy, the market position, the shortage of talent reserve, the weak financial product development ability and so on. Facing the changeable market environment, city commercial banks in the increasingly fierce competition, China's banking sector appears day by day a diversified pattern of competition. In this paper, the development of the city commercial banks to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the status quo, research on the development strategy of YK bank.This paper is based on the theory of strategic management and the method of combining theory and practice. To read literature, draw on domestic and foreign city commercial banks to develop strategic research experience. According to the actual development of YK bank, the research on the development strategy of YK bank is made by a large number of environmental analysis. This paper mainly has five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the research background, significance, research content and research methods of the development strategy of YK bank. The second chapter introduces the relevant theories and models of development strategy, drawing on domestic and foreign scholars' research results, and establish the theoretical framework of the development strategy of YK bank. The third chapter is the comprehensive analysis of the development strategy environment of YK bank, the current situation of the development of YK bank, and the external environment and internal resources and ability of YK bank, to make a foundation for the development of YK bank's feasibility development strategy.
