Research On The Development Strategy Of Wuhai Bank

City commercial banks are an important force in China’s financial system, they play an important role to the steady and healthy development of national economy. With the increasingly fierce competition among banks, city commercial banks increasingly need to manage the strategy, do analysis on the overall from internal and external links, clear the development strategy, integrate of resources, to win the survival and development opportunities.This paper takes Wuhai Bank as the research object, through the analysis of development history and present situation of Wuhai Bank, do research of macroeconomic environment, industry environment, internal resources and capabilities from the aspects of SWOT strategic angle, then conclude that Wuhai Bank faces more opportunities than threats, more advantage than disadvantages, so Wuhai Bank should take on SO growth strategy as the main strategy. This paper establishes the overall strategy, differentiation strategy and the implementation strategy of marketing, human resource, operation. In the end, it suggests that Wuhai Bank should strive for the government support, provide a variety of financial services, develop village banks, seek strategic alliances and accelerate the construction of digital center.
