China's real estate enterprises are capital intensive enterprises, namely the need to have a lot of development funds in the investment, and the funds operation cycle is long, therefore, the recovery of funds and investment liquidity has become a major source of cost control of real estate enterprises. By the impact of the domestic real estate market situation, the national real estate investment and commercial housing transactions fell. A part of the real estate enterprise asset liability ratio is high, under tremendous cost control. Cost control of fine management is one of the core work of China's real estate enterprises, it also has a very important practical significance in the socialist market economy competition. Strengthening has on the growth of enterprises to study the fine cost control of real estate enterprises in China, has a very important strategic role to realize scale effect. Therefore, the importance of fine cost control of the real estate enterprises emerge, proceed to new group cost management meticulous research is the inevitable choice for promoting the core competitiveness of real estate enterprises.This study was conducted comprehensive analysis on the current cost control of domestic real estate enterprises, and then from the full range of in-depth study on the cost management of the domestic real estate enterprises and their control, and to the new group as the case samples, based on the research results of this paper to improve the new group of cost control put forward very targeted solutions, provide the necessary decision support for sustainable business development of the group. This research mainly divides into the introduction, the new group fine cost control present situation and problem analysis, the new group fine cost management strategy environment analysis, the new group fine cost control strategy formulation and implementation, conclusion five parts, specifically each part of the main contents are as following: firstly, the background and significance of the new fine cost management and control group, all aspects of the study the main contents and methods of analysis, which provide the basic premise for the future study. Secondly, carry on the thorough analysis to the new situation and problems of group fine cost control. Focus on the implementation of precise analysis of the present situation of cost control, existing problems and reason for the problems of comprehensive system of the new group. Third, the fusion strategy using PEST and SWOT analysis tool, carry on the key analysis to face a fine cost control new group of the current internal and external environment, thus providing a theoretical basis for the research on cost control below the company's strategic deployment.
